Terms: The rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, water, parking, electricity allowance (up to $300 a month). No additional charges apart from a one time $300 move out cleaning fee. Pets incur an additional $150 per month pet privilege fee per pet, limit 2 dogs weight 35lbs each. Some breed restrictions apply.

Description

This is one of the best spots to stay in Pensacola, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. A 5-minute walk to Corine street park, Bruce Beach, Nick’s Boat house, The World-Famous Joe Pattie’s Seafood Market, and Pensacola’s Blue Wahoo’s stadium this is a sure-fire family pleaser. With space for up to 10 guests, 4k tv’s in every room, blazing fast WIFI (500mbps speeds), Netflix on every TV, & ample seating for 10 at the table & coffee bar you’re going to love it here.

We require a minimum of 3 month booking.


THE SPACE:

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our clients and guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, faucet handles, etc.) before you check in to your corporate/short term rental, the extra diligence is reflected in the cleaning fee.

Oh, and did I mention it’s a hero house? Marvel heroes are welcome ;)

Decorated with your favorite superher o team, the Avengers come stay in this Marvel Hero House with ample space for 10.

Specially curated art and decor to make you feel one at home with the movies you know and love.
